Couldn't you make it so the search dialog comes up when you hit the search key, the log press of themenu key is sometimes quite temperamental and it isn't veryintuitive

The option to search by track in the Android app would be very nice. I'm much better at remembering song titles than artist or group names or which album a given song is from but I can always type in a song title and get an exact file rather than search among tracks for a specific title.

Still, the search option only searches in the current page i'm browsing.
I have about 9 pages of artists.
i have to go page by page 8 times in order to be able to type 'ZOX' (if you get my point).
Isn't there an option to search all the artists pages?

You are right in the case of my old HTC. My Vibrant does not bring up a keyboard when I long-press menu. This feature must be one of the easiest to implement. Come on, fix it for us :) -
