Are MeCanto employees still on the job?

Figured I'd try again: there are numerous tracks on albums that can not play. They tend to be the same track, and if I keep on clicking to try to play it after the "the track you requested could not be played" message about 50 times, it'll play once. In an album of ten songs, figure three or four at this point will not play. This percentage was one, maybe two a month or so ago. This has gone from irritating to almost unacceptable at this point. If you pay for a service such as this, you should not have to hope and guess that an album you pick will play all songs in their entirety. Can we please get someone from MeCanto (an employee) to look at this and tell us what is happening? Ignoring other paying customers comments for over a month is one thing (though frustrating enough). Not responding to what seems to be a problem shared by multiple people is another issue. Without a response from MeCanto (on just about anything), we are left guessing as to what's happening, and with no information to go on, I am among those that think the company is in bad shape. Can you give us any help here?
