Add ability to synchronize playlists with PCClient

We are planning to add playlists synchronization ability.

For people like me who are not using iTunes, but another music player on their computer (in my case Foobar 2000, but people use all kinds) it might be more useful to add import m3u playlist capability - any music player I'm aware of can export to m3u, no matter their proprietary playlist format.
