Can't download mecanto app from appstore

I've got an iPad and was trying to download mecanto app from the apple appstore for 3 days but I'm getting the message "The item you tried to buy is no longer available" each time i'm trying.
Any solution?

We are very sorry but the application is no longer available in the app store, we are checking the reason for this.
