I’m sad

Crashes everytime!!

Edit Subject

Every time I run MeCanto. It will not get past the indexing. It always crashes. I've updated to the leasts version, and still no success. Can you please help me? I'm running Windows 7 64bit. I have e-mailed the log file to you as well.

I just installed MeCanto in my nokia 8.00 and in my Laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit. I have the same problem as Filippo. I e-mailed the log file

Can you try posting a screenshot of the crash or sending one to support@mecanto.com?
Usually when an app crashes there's a message with some details about the crash. This can help us find the problem.
