Error with Paypal while trying to subscribe

I can't extend my trial subscription to the yearly payment !
When I click on "extend subscription" link and chose the yearly payment I get an error from Paypal. They say that the seller (Mecanto I imagine) is not a business nor a premier account and that we cannot go any further.
