I was asked by MeCanto's support to send them my log files so they can find out why my PC Client app isn't working as expected.
How do I find the PC Client application's log files?

If you have Window XP look for something like:
c:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\mecanto\mecanto.log
If you have Window Vista look for something like:
c:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\mecanto\mecanto.log
If you have a Mac look for something like:
~/Library/Application/Support/mecanto/mecanto.log
When sending the log file's to the support personnel (support@mecanto.com) please make sure to provide your MeCanto user name (the email you used to sign up to MeCanto) so we can match the log file with your user account.

Be sure to search under system files or hidden files/folders. I was not able to find it initially in these folders that were suggested in the employee response. I had to run additional search under system files/folders and/or hidden files/folders to find any log files.
