I have some problem with my MeCanto app for iPhone.
How can I report it and send my crash logs?

How to send your crash logs! follow steps below:
- Connect your device to your computer (the one you use to sync your
device) and open iTunes. - Right click on your device (iPad) in iTunes like so

- Select "Reset Warnings", then sync your device by click on Apply, or Right
click and select Sync (as above) - During the sync, the following dialog will be displayed. Pictures below for
Mac OS and Windows

- Now you have two possibilities:
- Email the crash report to us:
Click on the Show Details button in the dialog above. The Finder/Explorer window will open and show you a list of all the logs and crash files for your device. In the list select all the files named MeCanto_xxxxxx. You can select multiple files in MacOSX by keeping SHIFT pressed while selecting files. In Windows the same is done with Ctrl. Compress/zip/archive files and Email them to us. In Windows Right Click > Send to Archive or WinZip, in OS/X Right Click > Archive. Email the archive to our Support Email: support@mecanto.com
- Send your crash logs to Apple:
Just click on OK in the "You can Help Apple improve ..." and they will be
sent to Apple. Apple will then post them on our developer's account in
iTunes Connect and we should get them that way.
** If you Email us the logs directly we will come back to you as soon as
possible, and at least we will know who got which problem.
