Is MeCanto effectively "dead?"

I'm worried that no one is supporting MeCanto anymore and the service is left for dead. Is this service being actively supported being I have a paid subscription?

They do answer threads when it comes to paying issues, but apart from that, zip. Draw your own conclusions.
