I am once again encountering -- and I am sure I am speaking for a great number of people -- issues with manual uploading through both my Mac and PC computers. I know this is not an issue of the tracks I'm uploading, since they all play fine and are not corrupted files.
Someone PLEASE get this resolved. I have had Mecanto for over a year now, and 3/4 of the time I CANNOT upload manually. There had also been an issue of inconsistent streaming, but that was resolved. I have already requested one or two months free of charge due to the amount of issues I have continually had with Mecanto, but because there is no way for me to prove what has gone wrong on my end, this request has been denied.
I do NOT want to stop using Mecanto due to its features and unlimited space, so I need some resolution before I take my complaint to higher management at Mecanto. Customers should not have to deal with this amount of trouble just to listen to their own music collection, so please fix it.

Manual upload is working now.
The solution is still a temporary solution , we are still working on this issue. -
