I HATE companies that send me an email that contains my password in plaintext. This also makes me suspicious that you're storing my password in plaintext, which is even worse! Salt and hash your passwords! If this isn't resolved by the time my free trial is up, there's absolutely no way that I would trust your haphazard approach to security with my credit card info.

2You're right, plaintext passwords are a bad thing. We've fixed the issue and removed the password from the sign-up email.
Since you've raised the issue, I can also assure you that your password isn't stored in our system plaintext (it's actually hashed and salted as you mentioned).
Finally, regarding credit card info. We don't store any credit card info in our system. We use a well known third party service for handling payments.
We appreciate you coming back with this feedback. -
