I’m sad

Song uploaded but can't open it.

I'm uploading a lot of songs using the manual web uploader (I prefere this method over the pc uploader). I have an issue with a single song: when I try to open the album in which the song is contained, both the web player and the iOS one hangs in "loading..." status, never ending. I know it's a single song because I opened the other songs of the album via the artist tab (it's a compilation).

I tried to re-upload that song, it tells me it's uploaded successfully but the issue is still there.

Due to the fact I can't visualize the song, I can't even delete it from the archive, so what can I do? Is it a know issue?

Hi,
We had checked this issue and this will be resolved very soon.
For now you can go to this track's properties , delete in title a problem character or just rename it and you will be able to see this track in your account, after an uploading it again .

Hi Viki, thanks for answering. The problem is that I can't access the track properties nor from the album view, the track view or the artist view. It's always hanging on "loading..." and showing a blank list. I guess it's something wrong in the file name. I tried re-uploading it with a "simple name" (Where My Angel.m4a), without any special characters, but nothing changed.

It's not a big issue, though, so I'll wait it to be solved.

The track's properties are from a track's details in your home PC.
Right click on your track >> go to a properties >> an pop up >> there change an weird symbol in a track's title.

I did, as I said, the track has no longer special chacacters, both in the name and in other metatags, but even if upload is successful, the issue remains...
