sad I’m Confused

Track order is incorrect.

I have all of my tracks numerically ordered within each album folder. For example:

01 - Track One
02 - Track Two

And so on.

When I view the tracks in the folder view (on my phone), they appear in the correct album order. However, if I send the whole folder to a playlist, or just play the folder, the tracks no longer queue up in the correct order. It matters not whether I have the shuffle feature turned on or off. What's up?

    Hi,
In a folder view track's order is by track's title, like you have been saved it in your home PC, but if you will have a look to track's properties it's have a different track number , therefore the order is different in the others views .
When you are playing all album the order information is from track's properties too.
But, you can do a change in your web account with edit pop up window or in your computer with a track's properties.

In MeCanto web account you have an ability to edit
    any track\album\genre\artist details:
'check' some track in album detail view >> click 'more' button >>click 'edit' to open pop up window.

    Viki,

My track order corresponds perfectly to the track title. For example:

    Track: 1 Track Name: '01 - XXX'
    Track: 2 Track Name: '02 - XXX'

    Etc.

When I go to Album Detail in the web client, as you suggested, the tracks are all listed in their correct order. The problem is when I play the tracks in my mobile client media player. It's almost as if the shuffle feature isn't turning off. As I mentioned in my first post, it does not make any difference whether I have the shuffle feature turned on or off.
