When Playing a song it gets stuck and buffers all the time.

Hello,

When I try to listen to a song in my compunter or in my phone it gets stuck all the time. It looks as the buffering is very slow and I'm over WIFI! If I press pause then I can get it to work for a longer time but it takes ages for a song to be complete. Why is it so slow? I can stream continuosly music with other programs with my WIFI connection and never stops.
Why does it keep stoping and buffering all the time? Is this normal?
How can I fix this?
