Will not install
Everytime I try to install the new update 1.0.5507, it keeps crashing at the same point, MS C++ 2008 pack failed to install. I'm running Win 7, & I've had no problems in the past. Please help. I love MeCanto!!

We managed to restore the error we might think happened to you.
We see a message similar to what you wrote. However after we click 'OK' in the message box, installation is complete and the software works properly. If that's the case with you, please cleak ok and ignore the error (and we will resolve it ASAP). If this is not the case, please send us a screen shot of the installer at work with message that you get so that we have more idea what the reason might be. -

You are correct about the install, it does complete after the error messeage. But the app will only run for 2-3 mins, then it crashes. If you would like a screen shot, I' will be happy to send you one!!
